aci 365 Terms and Conditions

aci 365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of aci 365's website, mobile application and all digital services. This document forms a legal agreement between you and aci 365.

By accessing aci 365, registering an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the Platform's services.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. aci 365 reserves the right to change, add to or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published will indicate that you have accepted those changes.

1.1 Definitions

• "Member" — a person who has successfully registered on aci 365 and holds an active account.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, bonus and customer support activities provided under aci 365.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a member's account, including both cash and bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" — amounts granted under a promotion that cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering requirements have been met.

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use aci 365's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of a region where receiving online gaming services is not legally prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — using the service on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party is not permitted.

2.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. aci 365 may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. Registering with false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. aci 365 will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone.

3.1 Password Security

Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the aci 365 support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any information provided at registration changes (such as your mobile number or email address), please update it as soon as possible. aci 365 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account shows no transactions or logins for an extended period, aci 365 may mark it as inactive and temporarily suspend it after notifying the member in advance.

aci 365 processes financial transactions through established mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other listed banks). Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account used for the deposit, which must be registered in your name.

4.3 Transaction Verification

aci 365 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Funds related to suspicious or unusual transactions may be temporarily held. For large withdrawal amounts, additional information may be requested to verify identity and source of funds.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted, and no cryptocurrency may be used on aci 365.

aci 365 runs various bonus and promotional offers for members. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the description of that bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and you will need to wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 to withdraw the bonus funds.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Identity verification on the account must be completed before claiming a bonus.
• Specific games or betting markets may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• If the main deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A member may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• No bonus may be treated as cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the requirements are met.

5.3 Promotion Changes

aci 365 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. If irregularities are suspected in a promotion, a decision will be made after investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using aci 365's services:

• Operating an account using another person's identity or by providing false information.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to dishonestly exploit bonus benefits.
• Operating games or betting through software, bots, scripts or any other automated means.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the Platform's security systems or software.
• Using the aci 365 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or spreading false information about the Platform.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of cheating.

For any of the above violations, aci 365 may close the account and withhold the associated funds without prior notice. Law enforcement authorities may be informed if necessary.

All bets on aci 365 are governed by the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless aci 365 does so on its own.

7.1 Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled, postponed or held outside its scheduled time, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. In special circumstances, aci 365's decision shall be considered final.

7.2 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error in the software, network or server, aci 365 reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets. Members will be informed as soon as possible in such situations.

7.3 Slots and Casino Games

Slots and live casino games are operated by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.). aci 365 is not responsible for the technical operation of these games, but any complaints will be coordinated through the support team.

aci 365 works to keep its services uninterrupted and reliable, but the Platform's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss in any game or bet due to your internet connection being disrupted.
• Delayed transactions due to interruptions in a third-party payment provider's service.
• Issues arising from incompatibility with your device or operating system.
• Service disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

aci 365 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. aci 365's maximum liability is limited to the amount of funds involved in the relevant transaction.

The website, application, logo, design, text, graphics and other content of aci 365 are the intellectual property of aci 365. Copying, reusing, distributing or using them for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Platform is prohibited.

Content from third-party game studios (such as game graphics, audio and logos) is protected under their own copyright. aci 365 displays them only under licence.

aci 365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A clear violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or indications of fraud.
• At the member's own request, particularly as a self-exclusion request under responsible gaming.

10.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a policy violation, funds may be withheld. Legitimate funds will be returned after review through the legal process. If closed at the member's own request, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

aci 365 may change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

12.1 Complaint Process

If a dispute arises, please first submit a complaint to the aci 365 support team. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, aci 365 will initiate a formal review process and the final decision will be communicated to the member in writing.

12.2 Applicable Law

The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions will follow the laws of Bangladesh. Both parties are committed to resolving any disputes through mutual discussion wherever possible.
